Brian Levine
Associate attorney Brian Levine has been with Kingsley & Kingsley since 2007. Mr. Levine has litigated numerous individual and complex class action cases in state and federal court, resulting in large recoveries for thousands of Californians. He focuses his practice on litigating against large corporations for violations of employment, insurance and consumer protection laws.
Mr. Levine is also an experienced mediator and is currently an LL.M. (Master of Laws) Candidate in the Dispute Resolution program at Pepperdine University School of Law, consistently rated as one of the nation's top LL.M. programs for lawyers in dispute resolution.
